Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you full control over your e-mailboxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mails from one mail account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email box accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just specify the e-mail account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
